I've never actually had one

But they make me think of monsters, because when I was about six there was a "show" thing which I guess went from school to school, and there was a monster who appeared when you counted down like "ten avocado, nine avocado" etc

I don't understand avocado. It tastes of hardly anything and has a weird texture.
