you can't have it both ways, she either feels support and reciprocates it or she doesn't. It's just building a narrative to excuse her.

It really isn't that cut and dried ..

I've just recently explained that in stressful, pressurised situations I have no real control over my emotions..


Also ... slight tangent ( that's another aspie trait incidentally) .. I absolutely hate it when someone uses THAT word !!!
