Honestly though, who is running the country? It doesn't feel like it's Boris... It feels like it's Dominic Cummings. Some really weird stuff going down.

Boris is not stupid, but he doesnt have an eye for detail so i think Cummings provides that focus. I didn't like it when Alistair Campbell had what I perceived to be too much power and I feel the same about Cummings. It seems that a lot of PM's take this route. May had 2 un-elected advisers that basically ran the show, she didn't listen to anyone else ... and it showed.
