He's felt unwell, he's in for observation.

I hope he will be okay.
He's had hospital stays before, obviously caution will be taken due to his status and age.

yes you are right if you have underlying health issues stress and worry is a terrible thing to exacerbate them

I hope hes ok. But this kind of thing angers me a bit sometimes.
Oh me too Vicky ,my daughters elderly neighbour was found yesterday sitting in his chair not having to be able to move for 2 days ! In complete agony and a basket full of blood filled tissues ! He had a tumor on his kidney diagnosed a few months ago and was due another scan but no appointment came and we've found out that 3 calls to his doctor only resulted in 3 lots of painkillers each stronger than last. He was taken to hosptal and is now on dialysis and we are all hoping and praying he'll come home from this , also has not had his jab as he's been ignored and to unwell to go. so added dread of catching covid in hospital as many others have done.

So yes lucky Prince Philip.

...that’s just so awful, Jax...and so traumatic for those who found him in such a way...I hope also that he’ll be well enough to come home and sending positive thoughts.....

Thats really awful, but not surprising really. It was bad beforehand, but now its just constant 'but covid' as an excuse not to treat ill people.

Did he have anyone going in on regular basis, that is so sad

I keep trying to get my aunt to wear one of those alert buttons, but she is resisting, saying she has her mobile, but she doesn't walk around with it glued to her hip but there is no talking to her

Yes they had been ringing and texting him but were afraid to use key without families permission so called his niece , my daughter has been doing shopping for him and found 6 loaves of unopened bread gone mouldy ! so he's not been coping and saying he was alright to everyone . The ambulance guys told him he will need help and at least he agreed , just gotta hope he comes home.
He's such a lovely man he's done shopping for lots of older people in community for years.
