She obviously has great affection for the Queen. She is right in saying the family and the people who run the institution are very different. I highly doubt the Queen knows very much of what goes on outside of her personal diary.

Yeah I agree she's not attacking the actual royal family but the institutions around the family which we know full well are toxic from how Diana was treated

...it’s the whole royal institution that she refers to as ‘the firm’, which I think Prince Philip was the one to first use that expression...so maybe widely used within the royal family...
