I'm at a bit where I have to do a raid to advance the story and I swear to god... it's doing my head in. I've waited 25 minutes plus, twice, and still not got a team to start... the first time I did it yesterday I got bored of waiting and went to do something else for literally ONE MINUTE after waiting over half an hour, came back and it said I had missed the start and got a penalty . I reckon I'm on a crap server. Or playing at the wrong time of day for the server I'm on or summat.

No it’s like the first one . I’m level 23 or summat but it’s only a level 15 quest... I think I’m over-levelled because I did a load of the duty roulette things when they first unlocked and they were spamming me with “bonus xp” that was 5x the actual completion reward, and they take like 90 seconds from start to finish .

Anyway it’s just after unlocking airship travel and they sent me to some cave and then I /sat and /danced, and /cried a bit for an hour but while DPS came and went, there wasn’t a healer nor tank to be seen.

Yes literally have to - the quest itself is to use the duty finder

You should get queued in eventually, I'd suggest queuing around 4pm, because thats when the roulettes reset, and people will be doing the levelling roulette about then.

I actually got into that one pretty quickly but we ended up doing half of it with no tank... wasn’t really an issue though I think everyone on it was over levelled.

I do need to switch servers I think, I have indeed started to notice a lot of Scandinavian, I think I’m basically on a mostly non-English speaking server. But I don’t think you can switch data centres .

You can switch data centers, I think, tbh, I'd recommend Aether, it's an American data center, but its got a big population.

It'll be interesting to see what the scythe job will be like.

It's not going to happen but I do hope the get rid of the gender locks on Viera and Hrothgar at some point. It honestly bothers me that they have one gender apiece.

It was laziness really, they could have based female Hrothgar off of female Ronso in FFX, and Yoshi said that male Viera would look like Elezen with bunny ears but the concept art from a while back painted a different picture.

I'd probably switch to a Viera if they added a male option. I've been an Au Ra since they were introduced and I fancy a change but I've been every other race I'd want to play as.
