actually joey, the libel case means nothing if something far worse was going on at the time

A High Court judge had ruled in favour of Ms Riley - concluding Mr Sivier had "no prospect" of succeeding at a trial.

But today, Mr Sivier won an appeal.

Three Court of Appeal judges ruled that his public interest defence should be assessed at a trial.





anyway ... it seems the guy won an appeal, so it is now going to trial rather than being thrown out

I get it, you're prepared to follow someone blindly and somehow dismiss the Jews who left the Labour party because of anti-Semitism under his watch. Dismiss the Jews - and others - who protested in Parliament Square about anti-Semitism. Dismiss his attendance at the funerals of terrorists, and his tributes to terrorists... and, of course, dismiss the fact that he was leader of the party and allowed the problem to continue. The Equality & Human Rights Commission found after an investigation, that the Labour party could have tackled anti-Semitism more effectively “if the leadership had chosen to do so”.

I voted for the Tories. I have no illusions about what kind of person Boris is.

The massive independent inquiry found that the leadership had failed to address the problem effectively.
It made no direct accusation of Corbyn himself.

I'm not defending his stance but I do not and never have believed, he is anti Semitic.
He is pro Palestinian more than Israel but that doesn't make him an anti Semite.
As much as those who hate him would wish it to be so.

The hate campaign by Riley, was really hate filled.

To be pro Palestinian is NOT to be anti Semitic..
If it is, and this is the new form of it, then multi millions across the world are now branded then as being anti-Semitic.

I lean more on the side of Israel, always have.
