I don’t think that was what we witnessed.
It was more a case of misguided humour, he just misjudged the whole episode

He was kind of the highlight of the series for me thus far with his odd ways, so I'm disappointed but obviously if he's said things that warranted his ejection then fair enough.

Mickey and Michael going within a day of each other is going to leave such a hole. But then again, quieter housemates (Jack, Angellica, Ella etc) might get more time to shine now, so to speak.

….ahhhhhh, I didn’t expect to wake up to this….it just makes me feel a bit that maybe BB has run its course and there isn’t a place for it anymore…I mean, a celebrity is specifically chosen for the very reason that they’re very unpredictable in their character …their ’star signing’ in a housemate…and then a few days later that same celebrity is ejected for the very reason of their unpredictability in character…I mean, where is the sense…where is the thinking of the fans, this is just dumb TV…

Yeah, I wondered when they said it was coming back that I didn't know how it would work in today's climate as a show. The answer was... 'barely, but just enough'.

I am not really sure what the next couple of weeks are gonna look like... Lots of BB missions and secret tasks no doubt to try and make this remaining lot look fun.

…the thing is as well…is when in BB we’ve had very volatile situations and events before like Fight night with Emma or the clash with Amma and Stuart etc…or just any of these moments…?…we’ve known about them because of livefeed and had complete context and accuracy etc…but now we’re totally reliant on an edited context being given by BB and so that in itself is just so open to manipulation when they’re prone to manipulate certain aspects of the show…

I'm reminded, without knowing what it is he's actually done and said to have to leave.

However Michael seemed adamant that Micky would still leave now.
So it's maybe been a plan to only be in a short time.
In all honesty it was hard to imagine him there for the whole series.
So maybe this was done on purpose to get out after being saved in the public vote.

I warmed to him and I do think on BB,, we should see the conflicts and changes to usual behaviour, warts and all.
However though too, the series was focussing a lot on him.
So this may bring others to the forefront more.

Unless there's violence, then I don't think they should be made to leave.

There's still good characters in there.
Frankly a fair number of the younger people in my family, who do watch BB.
Hadn't a clue who Mickey was anyhow.

It won't spoil my viewing of the series.

However Michael going was a far bigger loss to this series than Mickey.

It's believed the Oscar-nominated star displayed "threatening and aggressive" behaviour towards his housemate Chris Hughes during a disagreement in a task.

No physical altercation is said to have taken place.

…I don’t know about his plan to be in a short time only because I don’t know what the contracts are in terms of behaviour which would cause ejection and whether full fees are still honoured etc…I am sceptical about this ‘theory’ though in general because of how contrived it would be with its line of thought of a character ….and that for me would be completely at odds with the Mickey we’ve seen in the house who doesn’t seem ‘contrived’ at all…I mean, that’s the point isn’t it…what we see is what we get, type thing…not a contrived gameplan person…
