I can't believe there are people who will actually stay up purposefully to see this eye. I already had a discussion about the importance (or unimportance in my case) of the eye. I despair.

It's an icon of our day and age. I do hope Damian Hirst was commissioned to perceive the eye this year and recreate the juxtaposition between normality and reality.
