Agreed. Also the first thing to do is filter out the so called do gooder/ Psycho babble merchants that nearly always propose a soft option to deal with human nature....Until those people are out of our institutions nothing will change...

Nobody said they were bad people. Their intentions are good. However they are incompetent when it comes to dealing with hard cases.....Soft do gooder solutions have now been failing for decades and we all need to wake up and smell the coffee
