Well I just wanted to say what incredible talent you have this to me is rocket science, totally goes over my head but I do appreciate the skill you have Xander (and others who can do this) and I wanted you to know that brilliant skill does'nt go unnoticed.
It's what my daughter would say is cool but i hate that word so I'll say its FANTASTIC

Im use Adobe Photoshop to make my video avatars, and I just use a normal youtube convertor.
There is some free ware out there that does the job just as well such as animation shop.
