The only times I see him perk up is when he's nominating and it seems VERY fake and forced to me, like that's the one time he knows its gonna be shown in the HLs.

I like Mo. So he eats and sleeps there is not a whole lot to do in the house so dont blame him. Most of people in there have had a go at him so no wonder he is not doing much as when he does they have a go at him. If they all so worried about food shortage in there why have food fights??? He's a prat. Plain and simple. I said it about four weeks ago and he's done nothing to change my opinion. He plays the victim more than any HM I've ever seen and he's really getting on my nerves.
