I don't understand all the decimal things but all I'm goign to say is I believe alot will tune in tonight, this CBB has been heavily discussed in alot of papers so it would have raised alot of attention with readers; last series was hardly advertised I don't think

Plus, there are alot of well-known celebs going in!

Decimal is used just to shorten the guesses in millions. I could say 5.3 for 5,300,000. It's just a shorter way I guess.

With those figures for the live feed I can't understand why they have reduced the amount on E4

what are people's predictions for tonight.if you look at CBB3 which also started on a Friday the launch got 4.6 and Saturday got 4.0..but BB9 got 3.2 on its first Saturday.realistically 3.6 would be a great rating for tonight.

Saturdays are usually lower but it is the first highlights show with the HOH task with not much competition
so i'm thinking over 3million maybe 3.3

it was up against casualty, so im not sure they will be too great

Casualty doesn't do that well and it doesn't appeal to the same demographic as Big Brother, so thats not really competition

I was hoping for a little more but ratings were down all round last night

i guess 3.1 is good..but its definetly not amazing.BB9 got at least 2 higher Saturdays.

oh yeah sorry i was looking at the IBB BB9 ratings table but their not overnights their officilas,so i guess 3.1 is actually good

It was 3.3m btw. Its 200,000 up on first sunday of BB9 and up on the first sunday of CBB5 btw, so its doing good.

Monday's are normally bad, so 2.9m for tonight. Like always Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will be stronger.
