Oh FFS this is doing my head in now! Ever since this series was even considered, people seemed to keep trying to compare it with last series, WHAT'S THE POINT?! It happened, now it's over and people have calmed down. Past was then, present is now.
I bet since the program started last night they've been going through LF with a bloody nit comb trying to find ANY type of words/situations thot could be deemed as 'racist'. Ok, Coolio said it... but why make MORE of a big deal?! No, I don't agree with the word or anybody who chooses to use it... but rappers like Coolio, afraid to say, do use the word alot in music and even everyday life. If Coolio was to be punished, then almost every person ever involved with Rap music should be too.
For God's sake, why can't they just let it go?!
No thanks to Jade, Jo and Danielle, BB has now become a stigma within reality TV and possibly TV in general, and now for some odd reason viewers and critics seem to EXPECT an offensive racial incident to arise.

2 of my mates in college were having a bit of a joke argument like seeing what our teacher woman would say and my mate dan whos black called my other mate a cracker... so my mate kieron called him a ******. The teacher picked up on ****** and he almost got kicked out of college he had to explain what they were doing and the teacher had to talk to dan to see if he was ok with it, so ****ing pathetic.

The word is used quite a lot in the modern day, like in music and everyday talk between Africans. As far as I know it isn't offensive for a black person to say it.

Coolio been using the N word all his life i bet, but the N word being used against another is where it becomes nasty. I remember when emily said the N word and it was never used in a nasty way to attack charley, just bit silly of her to say the word on tv.

yep that the word, I personally find that as nasty as the N word, but each to there own.

One things for sure, they are both racial negatives/insults/no-no's but only one will ever be seen in a national newspaper when refering to a race hate row.
Only one will lead to the expulsion of a BB HM providing they fit the right race criterio... thats being white btw.
And only one will be modified on this or any forum as thats the new nature of the game whether I'm black or not I can shout "white trash" at anyone or any post all year round without so much of a warning.

That is really stupid. Sorry if laugh! But if some people think its offensive, It souldnt be used. And hopefully a lot of people are aware of that.
But to he honest, think we are doing really well in todays society. Everyone seem to consider others, and try to change the way they are towards other people. I think we are really lucky to live in our times. Things can only get better.
