No I didn't complain. I think Ofcom just won't do anything.

I don't like Marcus, but this is a scam from Channel 4 and a fix which is breaching broadcasting regulations.

I have complained to Ofcom about this because the voting % will now be slightly biased in Kris' favour.

I hope Channel 4 reset the number and give a full refund to everyone who has voted, otherwise I will make another complaint to Ofcom regarding Channel 4's lack of action.

OH NO ITS THE END OF THE WORLD

while i agree with everyone basically saying this guy is overreacting i think that it is a fix to try keep kris in because of the fact marcus isnt afraid to stick up for the fact that bb was wrong in the whole sree incident.

its silly because everyone has been mimicking freddie/halfwit accent for weeks and nothings been done bout it

So why would they not have left it at a marcus vs freddie eviction then if they want marcus gone so bad?
Sounds a lot less elaborate than what happened.

Also marcus was given a warning not for imitating sree but for threatening him,he deserved more than a warning imo..

I know strictly speaking the internet and forums are nothing to do with OFCOM but hey Gavin seems to think you can use OFCOM to complain about anything in life so I thought I would also waste some of the OFCOM funding and follow his wonderful example. .
Funnily enough on this occasion OFCOM is exactly the right place to complain about phone vote misdemeanours.

It was only incorrect on one source of the number, the correct number was given out during BBLB, etc.

Channel 4 were made aware of the incorrect number being put out and changed it as soon as they had confirmed the error.

They will be making an announcement either tonight or tomorrow about what actions they have taken.

Dont think Ofcom will be taking too much notice of those idiotic complaints, because the first action that should be taken in cases like this is to inform the broadcaster you have the problem with and allow them todeal with the problem, only after being unhappy with their actions can a valid complaint be made to offcom.

Gavin have you ever thought of Meditation or relaxation exercises to help rid you of the Victor Meldrew Syndrome you appear to be suffering from?

Alternatively you could try getting a life mate
