But Sia, I understand what you're saying, open the windows, put the clothes you smoked in in the washing machine and then spread some perfume in your room.

That's what I did until my parents found out lol It worked well for a certain time.

Never smoked a fag in my life, neve even thought about it, but I suggest you burn an incent candle, like Stu said. My mum and Stepdad smoke, and they just burn incent candles all day, and it gets rid of the smoke smell most of the time. Hope it helps! And I'm sorry to hear youre so stressed

the only thing that stops me buying a packet is my lack of money cos if i were to just buy 1 pack it'd be a downward spiral back to the 20 ish a day i used to smoke

that is really good are there things that make you smoke more i know you have been stressed i used to smoke double my normal amount when i was drinking

See i'm the opposite of that I smoke less when I drink unless im at home or in a beer garden, I just couldn't be bothered going outside, so in some ways the smoking ban actually works...

i smoked when you could still smoke in pubs and clubs (gave up 5 years ago) the only place i didnt smoke was in my mums house

when my parents didnt know i used to sneak out and sit in the alleyway behind my garden but one day was arguing with my friend cos he nicked my last fag and my mum heard it all from the bathroom window so i couldnt lie my way out of it anymore
