Yeah I'm okay now, I collapsed yesterday morning so I got brought to A&E. I was dehydrated pretty badly and had water retention which led to my arms and legs swelling up. Warning to others drink loads of fluids!!

Tuna water? Is that water supposed to be good protein? I always pur the water out lol
And got to say, energy drinks dont get me more alert at all,they make me sleep and just makes me want to go to the toilet all the time.

I swear everything has the opposite affect eg. Coffee makes me go to sleep.

Nah i tip the water out to but then i put the tuna and 300 ml of water in blender, blend it up and drink.

and i duno i just saw v in the petrol station yesterday so bought it as i havent had it in years.
