I think X's story is complete enough though anymore would ruin it while games like Crisis Core explored a story that was just kinda glossed over for the core FF7 game. If there's more story to be explored then I'm all for it but if the story is finished then leave it be I say.

Less is more sometimes, look at TV shows the very best ones only last for a few series before ending. I loved X's story though.

Yeah, the story ended perfectly by X-2, although the gameplay was kinda c*rap. It would've been good if the battle style stayed the same as X, as well as the original characters being playable(Lulu, Wakka etc.). Also, I wished Yuna remained a summoner and not have gone on a pop singing frenzy O.O

What other FF's deserve a spin off?

I've always wanted something more from FF6 (So many characters so many possibilities for a spin off) or FF8 (I loved the teen drama aspect of it I'd have loved to explore it more).

They remade it for the GBA but I would LOVE a DS or PSP version. I think a DS version is likely as they've remade 3 and 4.

Yup. I wonder when it will though, the JP version is coming this Christmas, so I guess they just need to translate the dialogue and add the voices for the Eng. version.

FF6 is great, much better than 7 IMO.

Then again, I find 7 is amazingly overrated, its good no doubt, but not as good as people hype about it.

the first time i played it i didnt it, it didnt feel like final fantasy at all!
but as you get use to how its played its actually a good game!
