There was a knock at the door and Helter Skelter was annoyed. He hadn't been left alone for five minutes since this murder business started and he was severely missing his life of solitude.
He opened the door and was faced with a delivery man thrusting his pad in Helter's face, demanding a signature. Helter grumbled and obliged and the Deliveryman handed over a pretty big box. Tired of being sent random clues, Helter Skelter threw the box to the side and began cooking breakfast. As the bacon and eggs sizzled, he realised he could hear a bizarre sound like a loud ticking. He followed the sound into the living room; it was coming from the box. Confused, he opened it and was greeted with the sight of a bunch of wires connected to a black box. He picked it up and saw that a light was flashing at the bottom. He turned it over and saw a display that was counting down. 10.....9.....8...7... 'OH ****!' Helter screamed as he put two and two together and the reality of his situation dawned on him. He was holding a bomb, He dropped it back into the box it came from. 6.....5.....4..... He ran to the door but it was locked, he desperately looked around for his keys. 3..... He found them! 2... He unlocked the door. 1.... The light from outside shone through the open door as the bomb went off engulfing Helter and his house in flames. He was so close to surviving but Fate and the killer decided to out-troll the troll.

'Kieran, this won't work unless you talk to me,' his therapist stated tenderly.
Kelly was in the middle of a session but he wasn't in the mood for sharing today. The anniversary was coming up in a few days and it was all he could think about. 'Maybe I don't want it to work.' He said quietly. 'This pain, this grief....it's...It's become like an old friend. It's all I have left of her. If these sessions work and this pain goes away then what do I have left?' 'You have family and friends that love you, you have a whole life ahead of you. You've got so much to live for, Kieran. I'm sure Kelly wouldn't want you to live like this.' The Doctor said sincerely but Kieran's temper flared, how dare he mention her name? Who is he to assume anything about her or her feelings? Kelly closed his eyes and took a deep breath. 'I'm sure you're right' He said diplomatically but with a slightest edge of annoyance. 'Before we wrap up, I just wanna touch on the dream situation. Are you still having the recurring dreams of the crash? Last time we spoke you said they had become more frequent.' For months Kelly had been dreaming the same dream, that he was back in that car with his sister and everything was burning but they couldn't get out. All they could do was listen to the radio and wait for the end, it was always the same song, 'Dani California.' The last song that his sister heard. He had the dream once again last night. 'No, I haven't had that dream in a while.' He said plainly. 'Well, that's something. I think we're nearing a breakthrough but unfortunately it's going to have to wait until next week as we're out of time. I want you to remember what we discussed. Letting go is not the same as forgetting.' Kelly said his goodbyes and left the therapist's office. He climbed into his car and turned on his music. Getting born in the state of Mississippi. Her papa was a copper, and her mama was a hippy... He set the song to repeat and drove home.
