That was excluding +1. Incl +1 I reckon it would have been around 1.46m. The excl +1 figure was the highest rated Monday HL show and was up 90k on last week. Yet again, Ch5 beat Ch4.

Skins got 600k incl +1.

Big competition tonight with Geordie Shore. And before anyone says it's not competition, it really is. Everyone I know who watch BB will watch GS instead tonight. It will return with around 500k and will take a chunk out of BB.

For me, I am recording Geordie Shore. Strange that they advertised it on Ch5 yesterday, why? It just increases their chances.

Channel 5: 5.0%
Channel 4: 4.6%
BBC Two: 4.2%

Ch5 gets the 3rd highest all day share of all the channels, for the first time in 2013 I think.

Geordie Shores last finale got 1,073,000 so I doubt it will return with only 500k.

Officially it time shifts a lot. It usually gets 500-600k overnights. I reckon around 540k and it will timeshift over a million.

Also the thought of Geordie Shore being competition for BB makes me feel Ill. It's SUCH a trashy show.

BOTS did fantastically because of the Katie interview. It managed 793k including +1.

i think mtv moved there channel from the music section on virgin ect so that confused the veiwers alot they thought they didint have it anymore! muahah smashing veiwer figures i though bb would have got distroyed.

Jeordie shore or whatever it is shares the same key viewer demographics as BB and when a show like that is on people will watch it.

It is. The biggest threats to BB is TOWIE and Geordie Shore because they share the exact same demographic. It's the same when soaps clash...

TOWIE and Geordie Shore are more competition for BB than Wimbeldon and the football (unless it's a World Cup/Euro) in terms of demo.
