From FPL rules:

After your first deadline you will receive 1 free transfer each Gameweek. Each additional transfer you make in the same Gameweek will deduct 4 points from your total score (Classic scoring) and match score (Head-to-Head scoring) at the start of the next Gameweek.

If you do not use your free transfer, you are able to make an additional free transfer the following Gameweek. If you do not use this saved free transfer in the following Gameweek, it will be carried over until you do. You can never have more than 1 saved transfer.

Meaning 2 free transfers is the limit.

I should never have sold my soul and went down the route of selecting people solely for their point scoring .. I feel better now selecting players I really like and of course it looks to be paying off .


Sometimes the transfers pay for themselves as per last week .

I think adding the Chelsea keeper Mende plus Liverpool’s TAA are no brainers .

Then Watkins is in better form than HarryK

There’s always the chance that Kane starts scoring again this weekend , though

Points scoring potential over likability for me. (Which does not really matter at all)

But then again, I'm an FPL fan rather than a Premier League fan.

Without FPL, I would not care as much about PL as I do because of it. Tbh.
