Am not judging him on that. I do think he is a bit spineless not either paying without admitting or providing a dna sample to either rule himself out or proving he is.

If there was a speck of truth in this story then there's no way on Earth they'd have put Sisqo into CBB.
He wouldn't have even got passed the security/criminal record checks stage.

Err beg to differ, he was never found not guilty, the September 2002 inquest returned an open verdict.

Must say I can't defend Sisqo on this one. Even if she has forgiven him for it, that still doesn't mean he is above the law. (see Roman Polanski)

The whole child support thing is an issue for the civil court, which is why I'm guessing they haven't made allegations of statutory rape. The criminal court may be waiting for the evidence from the DNA test itself.

Thats a link to a translated page of a swiss newspaper, where Sisqo argues that he wasnt even in the country at the time of conception, the last paragraph it says that the Zurich District Court felt the weight of evidence presented to it backed up his claim.

The paternity claim then went to the Swiss High Court which looked at it again and using medial report on the date of conception decided the paternity claim and the maintenance action against him was fair. Then given the only proper defence for him under Swiss Law was to provide a DNA sample, which he refused to do. they had to state he was in Swiss Law the father of the child in question.
