The 2010 MTV VMAs are HOURS away -- 9/8c to be precise. And after watching days of rehearsals and runthroughs, we can say without a doubt that the 2010 MTV VMAs are going to be like nothing you've ever seen before. With Chelsea Handler hosting the VMAs, it'll be a night of LOLs. And it's gonna be a night of live performances -- Drake, Justin Bieber, B.o.B., Linkin Park, Eminem, Kanye West, Paramore, Usher, Nicki Minaj, Florence + the Machine, deadmau5 with Travie McCoy, Robyn, and Jason Derulo -- so hot that the L.A. area might want to brace itself for a power outage. Like you heard on the VMA commercials, one night can change everything. But before it does, here are a few clues to some of the 2010 MTV VMA's biggest moments. See if you can match the VMA star to the VMA clues. And follow Buzzworthy's VMA live blog all night long for behind-the-scenes VMA coverage!

MTV Music Awards 2010 Rihanna Performance – If you thought Rihanna was sitting quietly on a beach in Hawaii to watch the VMA’s from a flat screen, well think again.

It was just announced that Rihanna has left the shooting of her film “Battleship” to be at the tonight’s 2010 MTV VMAs which will take place at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live in Los Angeles,California.

The “Only Girl In The World” singer will be closing the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 by performing the hit single “Love The Way You Lie” with Eminem.

No one expected the Barbadian singer to be at the event because she recently said in an interview that she would not be able to attend because of her obligation to the film. She said:

“I definitely wish I could be there for Eminem. He’s performing the song we did together. It would have been nice to do it, but he understands. Obviously right now I’m doing something that is a priority to me. The VMAs will be there next year. I’ll have a lot more music out by then.”

It looks like she had a change of heart. Are you eager to see the performance?
