Difference is most people will be compelled to tell the truth once someone else is suffering for the lies, and of course Rebeckah see's only herself and Heavens tears don't register as anything other than a need to defend her position even further

So there's a possible excuse for her constant lying, but what of her ****-stirring ?

She deliberately went into the bedroom and told Jaye that Heaven was eating the chocolate. From that her lies have been exposed and that's what is on every-one's mind tonight.

You are absolutely right the chocolate thing was not something on my mind when i was explaining my view.

I was thinking however of the reasons she would lie there after.

Actually she didn't say chocolate, she said that she was eating EVERYTHING and she looked so panic stricken that they all rushed in to find her sweeping the floor with a little brush and a dustpan!

Maybe it was the evidence (crumbs) from all the food that she had allegedly eaten?

Yeah, she most likely is. She is also good at getting people to believe her version of events. She does have a lot of the personality of a Sociopath, but don't think she is quite one. Just someone who clearly lives in her own distorted world.

It was a Bizarre thing to do though. When i was watching it unfold i was expecting Rebeckah to follow it up with a haha only joking, but apparently not. She intended to get Heaven into trouble.

I think Heaven has a manner which intimidates people that are not use to it like Tashie said she was intimidated, and maybe Rebeckah was feeling this and went pro-active to get Heaven under control.

There are certainly tendancies of the Pseudological fantastisist. It doesn't mean that person is a bad person though, far from it.

I'm glad they showed the recap of the 'Heaven's eating everything' bit to refresh my memory as Rebecka clearly believes in what she says. It's not pre-meditated but a spontaneous reaction to events of the moment and she believes she is in the right, even though she herself ate a biscuit when given one by Tom only moments earlier.

Not really seeing what all this 'Evil Rebecka' fuss was about, I took the time to look more closely and read her body language (I study human behaviour and it's the reason I watch Big Brother). She does genuinely believe her own version of events and this may be more down to confabulation where she unconsciously fills gaps in her memory by fabrications that she accepts as facts. The way she is adamant to Jay that she never said it like it was and also face to face with Big Brother in the diary room does show she has a set of events in her mind she thinks actually happened. However, we shouldn't confuse this with manipulation. I still don't think she's a bad person, just a confused one ... and who isn't?

BTW ... seen a few references to mental, nut-job, schizo and the like on various posts. Not nice. One in four people have mental health issues in any year so that's a fair number on this forum. Also, it could be in our families.

now I dont study human behaviour but im not quite sure how anyone can see that as anything else other than someone trying to cause trouble.

I'm just glad it all came up again because she seemed to get away with it at the time.

oh by the way was she confused when she was talking to Heaven in the bedroom when she was blaming it all on Jay and seemed to have forgotten (a bit like the fact that she was eating in the storeroom) that she was the person who insitgated the house hate against her in the first place.

I am glad too. IIRC you were the very one who, on another thread disputed this with me, disagreed about what did in fact actually happen. As someone else said, most people study human behaviour - some of us manage to recall that behaviour and what was said without having to be shown repeats of what did actually hapen - far better than others.

She is a bad person in my books: anyone who is in their late twenties, who backstabs, lies, and prick teases a guy not yet out of his teens, is not good.

It's unfortunate you don't like the terminology used but she is a nut job - a cold and calculating one at that.

Now if she wasn't vindictive or trying to cause trouble, why didn't she look at the possibility that she might have said it? Why didn't she question Jay more on the subject ? Like ask him why he's saying she said it.

Correct, the story wasn't even remotely close to what she had said, she didn't even mention the word 'bossy' to Jay and the others at that point.

She is an evil cowbag. Her little stint in the BB house will get her a few mag deals etc: but long term? I think she's managed to knife herself.

The part about Heaven, Jay and BJBecky in the bedroom - she sat there, indignant - but when the biscuit convo came up - she used that to try to deflect the real issue: of her lying through her teeth for no other reason that to cause bother.

PMSL though: it's backfired on her big time.
