I must admit I turned off BBBOTS when I saw that bitch on there so didn't hear the comment - whatever have C5 done to BB if these are the depths they are prepared to sink to in making a show, it's gone past entertainment now and is fast becoming a slagging off contest - not my cup of tea I'm afraid.

It's dissapointing that such a comment was made, their was no need for it, Aaron has his faults but to label him abusive etc is totally uncalled for, and a disgrace!

It's not a case of here we go again ....

It's only the second time I have ever felt compelled to complain to Ofcom about any television programme and believe me, I watch a lot of telly.

My complaint was that although BOTS has been biased against one HM from the beginning I strongly feel that the comment, made last night by Nicola Mcclean, was a step too far. It was a personal slur on his character and probably insulting to women who had actually been abused by their husbands. I think the producers of the company should make an apology.

Nicola McClean wasn't an audience member she was invited onto the panel and paid to comment

I meant here we go again that the complaints flood in over something or other minor and fleeting in general, not that you were a serial complainer

All the show being forced to make an apology will do is get BB neuterd and drag the comment's life span out further, maybe damaging Aaron even worse TBH.

Aaron, of all people, knew what he was getting in to. He is a long time student of the show and obviously fully expected this to potentiolly happen.

I dont know how...but I will be making an official complaint. Those comments have taken things to an extreme....there has been too much vitriolic abuse about a guy who isnt violent...he does not swear...in fact he is very gentle.He is a little complex but he is a perfectly decent guy. Some of the behaviours he demonstrates, the passive aggressive controlling etc, could be technically construed as abusive, though I personally wouldn't go that far.

The abusive husband isn't normally 6'7" dressed in a string vest and holding a can of Red Stripe, and sometimes the most damaging abuse isn't actually physical. In fact, the abusive 'husband' is very often a woman. The stereotypes in this area don't go very far tbh.

You assume others don't?

Whatever Jem is or isn't does not change what Aaron is, and there are several different forms of emotional bullying and all may vary in severity.

Two emotional bullies may not look anything like each other.
