Too soon?? Maybe, but Dual Pixels is reporting on some industry rumors that a tipster has given them. A tipster that’s been right before… Let’s take a look! As usual please do not use this information as fact!

Pokémon Rumors:
- Gen VI coming in about 2 years
- Storyline focused on a world in crisis
- Full 3D world and models
- New type will be introduced
- Fewer new Pokémon, but some existing ones get new forms/abilities
- Wii U will get a Pokémon Battrio (Japanese arcade exclusive right now) game which uses NFC technology

a new type hmmmm I think it will be something modern like techno type..

2014 would be the obvious date for a new gen game

gen 2 - 1998 (3 year gap)
gen 3 - 2002 (4 year gap)
gen 4 - 2006 (4 year gap)

The Official Pokémon Youtube Channel has just released a short new trailer regarding the new red “ExtremeSpeed” Genesect. The trailer features both a red Genesect and a normal coloured one flying through a city, with the red Genesect causing damage to the citys buildings. The narrator of the trailer goes on to say that “the 300 million year mystery [of Genesect] hidden under it’s red veil will be revealed!”

Corocoro leaks have release information pertaining to the next Pokemon movie due out in Japan on the 13th of July, 2013.

*Genesect will be available as a present alongside the movie from the 11th of January through till the 10th of February at the Pokémon Centres around Japan for Black/White and Black/White 2. There seems to be limited stock, so those who get in first have a higher chance of recieving it.
*Furthermore, you can download Groudon for Pokemon Black 2 and Kyogre for Pokémon White 2 from the Official Japanese Pokémon site from the 10th of January. More information is to come regarding this, so be sure to check on the website.
*The movie features a Red Genesect called; ‘Extremespeed Genesect’. Possibly alluding to the downloaded Genesect having the move: Extremespeed . ‘Extremespeed Genesect’ is also the current title of the movie. This is most likely to change in the future. The leaks also show a form that allows Genesect to fly.
*Attached to the Corocoro Magazine is a small short featuring Pikachu labelled ‘Pikachu & Eevee Friends’.

Announcement coming Jan 8th

Earlier today in Japan, at the end of a BW2 trailer, a new teaser was shown stating that the next big announcement in the world of Pokemon will happen on January 8th, 2013. There’s absolutely no hints or clues that tell us what it could possibly be about; It could be anything from a new main game reveal, to a new, lame WiFi event.

new Pokemon?

There are watches being released to promote the 16th Pokémon movie, Extremespeed Genesect, and one watch is completely greyed out. This could suggest that there’s simply an existing Pokémon which will be revealed later or could mean that Genesect has an alternate form. Or even that the very first Generation 6 Pokémon is coming. It’s all speculation right now.

I think we're getting a stadium esque game for the Wii U.

Yeah, I think we're getting a new Eeveelution. Nintendo have never done an annoucement for a game in a Direct. Usually that's reserved for E3.

What would be awesome is that since Namco Bandai is rumored to be working on the next Super Smash Bros. that the new game is a Digimon vs Pokemon RPG.

Pokemon X and Y have been announced for the 3DS, it's the next generation and it's fully 3D now. It's being released simultaneously world wide at the end 0f 2013.

I mean I accepted that they'd introduce a New Eeveelution which ultimately indicates a 6th Gen but not this mass amount of information.
