Clicked other because at this time I probably wouldn't vote (don't know how that'd have changed by 2015 though), I will say though that I don't think the Conservatives are as bad as they're made out to be and Labour aren't really a better alternative

Ace post joey, the facts are what make all the difference.
With the country expanding at the rate it is there has to be changes, that is acceptable and understandable to anyone.
However, as you have made clear the ones paying the highest price are the least able and most vulnerable.
This government are doing a stirling job of demonising the poor in our society, as if they are some scourge to be eradicated..

I really get annoyed at the demonising of people maybe on benefits by this Govt and its Ministers, George Osborne being the main offender.
His ridiculous dig at the conference when he said something like, think of the worker going to work on the early shift and passing houses with people likely on benefits with their curtains closed and still in bed, words to that effect anyway.

A disgraceful attempt to get at and demonise people on benefits, when we go to Uni, we leave the blinds closed in the house when we are out, the next house up from us, both the adults there go out to work but also leave their curtains and blinds closed all day.

It shows though the more sinister thinking behind some of the policies of this Govt and it is why voters will get sick of the injustice of some of their comments.
It is even worse that it is Ministers who are actually doing the demonising and fuelling the gutter press when they do it too.

They have done it for years, setting certain groups in their sights and creating folk devils to deflect from any issue or situation that may be damaging to the party.
Keep the angry mob baying about single mothers, graffiti and benefit scroungers and maybe they won't notice the privatisation of our public services, the dismantling of the NHS or venture capitalists donating money to ensure they get their say on policies.

none of them are worth a vote, theyre a bunch of lying , scheming, war mongering, eltitist disloyal bullies...Idont believe in any of the parties and they never ever address the real heart of the issues...i.e. the 10 trillion debts...the gap between rich and poor....the collapse of industry....the collapse of the family, the collapse of the nhs and the moral collapse of society at large....weve totally sold out to consumerism,we ignore each other and go to worship and retail temples 364 days a year, buying designer drivel is more important than using the hard earned money to help people or save a relatives life..Ill probably look for a decent independent and back that person, or maybe Ill stand myself.
