Hardly a home wrecker if all he did was tell her he appreciated her..

No harm in telling someone that they like them. Its if he acted on it and she reciprocated then people could start waving their "home wrecking" banners....

Mind you what is shocking is that he actually fancies her in the first place....

He could easily have sent a text or something to Gina once they left the house, even if they don't meet again.
