Cuda is ill today - goes to show that killing all the germs on your hands doesn't stop you getting ill....if anything it makes you more susceptible.

You still need to wash you hands before using it. Otherwise it's not as effective.

I only use hand sanitizer if I don't have access to a basin to wash my hands or I think it will be a quicker way to clean my hands. I always wash my hands after I go to toilet.
