You should have stuck to the shred you would have been at your goal weight ages ago

I'm dieting at the moment and exercising (well once so far hai/) but it's whenever my mum makes me dinner that's probably where I'm failing at the moment. Going to have to start cooking my own dinners because I have the breakfast and lunches sorted. Did lose 4lbs this week by just eating healthy with no exercise. But this rainbow diet sounds ridiculously bad for you.

My mum's really bad as well, she'll make something for everyone then she'll have half the portion size of everyone else and barely eat it and insist we eat everything else or it'll go to waste; I'm gonna have to make my own dinner when I move back home for good in summer!

I came home when I was ill and my parents were like "oh my God you've lost so much weight through illness!!!!!" and I was so offended, I lost a stone from eating sensibly and sticking to it; hadn't bought bread, cheese or butter once in the previous three months and they're going giving credit to some illness pfft.

Dunno about Marc but my mum would just see that as a challenge to play Jenga with my dinner

The Shred was great...but my knees were wrecked after doing it for a week. I've been taking fish oil supplements so I'm going to try again

I couldn't walk down my stairs properly earlier following my little work out. My knees were all wobbly

Yeah it totally buggered up my knees.. But my friend have me a massive lecture on footwear.. Because I was doing it on carpet, I assumed it would be ok to do it in bare feet :/ Apparently this is really really stupid and the reason my knees became too sore to even do the jumping jacks was because I wasn't wearing decent trainers!
