This is what I'm assuming you and the OP don't understand about Big Brother

There are hardcore fans, they tweet, they blog, they join fan pages. These people usually opt for the 'entertaining' housemates (regardless of their personality) to win an 'entertainment' show. They don't seem to understand that they are usually outvoted by independent viewers, these people are usually people watchers, spies, voyeurs. They tend to vote for 'real' housemates to win a 'reality' show, or nice people to win a personality contest. These are the people who most contribute to the shows success, for they outnumber the 'hardcore' fans by millions.

Each vote is just as valued as yours.

And I have no problem with that, but seriously my point was how can anyone say that this series would have been as popular as it has been without those housemates I named? The reason so many people are talking about this and the press are all over it when they haven't been for years is because of the initial sex discussions, love triangle, Luisa's arguments and the Jim VS Linda feud, I genuinely don't understand how anyone could deny they have all made this series popular - you only have to look at the press coverage, social networking sites and hear day to day conversations to see that they are all about those housemates

Now I understand that people will like different housemates, I'm not saying you have to support them, but to deny their contribution to the success of this CBB, or to want them out before its end - is, IMO, just silly and detrimental to the brand. That was my point

Actually, a couple of posts back he claimed that his opinion is superior, I was just discussing the reasons why they weren't superior and were instead just as valid as everybody else's.
