I stand by my own posts!, I not here to corrupt the younger members, this forum is a choice, it contains adult language and topics that can be found in episodes of big brother!, it also deals with themes of an adult nature, when members express real experiences.

How many members are actually under 18?

Maybe they should add age in the sidebar profile thingy under our avatars that way we'll know if we are dealing with children.

Also i don't think it's wrong to talk about sex in front of teenagers. Is it also wrong to talk about alcohol in front of people who are under 21?

I personally am not a prude but don't feel the need to discuss sexually explicit themes with a bunch of strangers on a forum. I certainly don't want to be discussing them around or with minors and if I were to find my son doing that, he wouldn't be using the Internet for a long time. I don't comment on threads that I'm not comfortable with and that's that.

well i agree 16 isn't a child, i was being a bit sarcastic because obviously some people on this forum think anyone under 18 should be treated like a child, and like you can't handle any talk about sexuality.

I think 16 y/o's are probably the most sexual people on the planet lol. I know I was when i was 16. So i was just pointing out how ridiculous it is that we need to censor ourselves.

There's a few under 18 members, no one should be forced to disclose their age online and again no one said sex shouldn't be discussed in front of members under a certain age but it doesn't stop older members feeling uncomfortable about it.

With respect, short of having a lobotomy there is no avoiding the horrible aspects of today's society and things that happen. The point being made is NOT that these things should never be mentioned, it is that certain members repeatedly make graphic sexual comments about things they do/would like to do, don't assume I'm referring to yourself as I'm not, but threads you've made recently have immediately attracted unsavoury responses. That's not your fault and not what I'm trying to explain. It IS uncomfortable when a member posts in detail using explicit language about actual sexual acts, things they like/want to do which frankly is disturbing in a public thread. As has been pointed out this is a BBforum, not www.Hot and Horny.com.

Here in the UK Alex many 13 year old children think they are adults. If they are on the net they will find far worse on other sites than than they will on TiBB so I don't really see a huge issue with it all. Personally, if I don't like a thread I don't bother with it.
