A) Gina mainly only fought with Sallie though who was just as hateable early on

B) "well, this black girl survived this one time!" isn't exactly the best defense
against the general struggle black girls have in public votes

Yeah but it never reached a full blow until way later. They were never nominated against each other and Gina wasn't nominated at all after Week 5. Also, Hazel was slut-shamed by not only the public but by Channel 5 afterwards too.
