That rarely happens,I generally find the mods approachable and helpful and I don't always agree with them.
There is one I am a bit terrified of,(well not really), but I usually just clear off threads if that one appears.

To be fair to other mods and admin,they always choose good mods overall and whoever does become one, if no breaking of rules happens then no one should need worry, no matter who the new mod may be.
