Probably not possible, but adding to the "recent user bans" thing, there could be a 1-4 word description of a reason why a member has been banned attached next to the banned member to avoid any questions or threads asking for why someone has been banned.

Ie:

Banned member:
X

Duration:
2 days

Reason:
Infractions buildup
