...I don't understand/so she was abused by Dr Luke..but a judge has ruled that she has to stay in a recording contract with him/work with her abuser..?...

Its clear these people cant work together so why the judge doesn't order a settlement is a little strange.

That judge is absolutely vile and gross. Saying stuff like 'there's no rape evidence' and that 'we made the right commercial decision'.

If I was raped I wouldnt share it on insta and twitter, but idk maybe that's what the judge would do? And on a trial you should consider the best humanly thing, not the best commercial decision.
