I admit that I've now been listening to that CIHAK sample for the past couple of hours on repeat.
I can really imagine it being in a film, in a romance scene or something.
But oh my gosh, it's just a song that I can relate to so much, especially the line:

"Don't move, I wanna remember you, just like this;
Don't move, its only a breath or two, between our lips".

And I agree with you about it growing on you after a few listens, and even though I don't think we should compare it to Breakaway (as they're both very different in terms of meaning to Kelly), I think that's kinda impossible as Breakaway was such a success.

Heard clips of 'Sober' (the track Kelly is most proud of) and 'Maybe' (finally a studio version!) a few days ago.

Really like 'Maybe'. Not over keen on 'Sober', although, everybody else is.

I know what you mean, from the clip I heard, I didn't really rate Sober that much either. Although perhaps once we hear the full song that clip might mean a bit more.

And I think my fav out of the clips is Maybe.

Yeah I downloaded it after posting the other night, no doubt I'll hear Sober at some point too.

It's only top 20 on midweeks so far. There was a problem with iTunes selling it yesterday though.

Hopefully it'll climb! It was only #90something on the iTunes chart as of last night and it's shot up to #48.

It's not as good as Breakaway.

I haven't downloaded it all. Just bits of it.

I love the rockier tracks. Hole, Maybe & Haunted are my favourites, I think. And I love Never Again. And Sober. And One Minute.

Ok, ok - I love it all.

Except Be Still. Not keen on that one.

I think that everything is more than likely linked.
At least she's getting what she wants when she does those more intimate settings.
Reflects the whole ethos os the album too.
It just means I've got more time to raise money so I can buy tickets for when she tous in the UK!

The thing with posting links is that you can never be sure who is actually going to go and buy the album. I really respect Kelly as an artist so obviously I'm going to go and buy her album when it actually is released.

Just listened to the album, certainly more experimental than Breakaway but I really like most of the songs.Sober,Don't waste your time,Haunted and Maybe.Be Still,Never Again and Can I Have A Kiss are all great too.Only song's I don't like are Yeah and Hole.

Irvine is probably my fave track, it's just so melodic.

To be honest I prefer this to her last album, yeah the songs might not be as catchy but I prefer the substance behind these songs better.
