Last year, BSA only got 6.2 million viewers, whilst an episode of BB got 5.3 million viewers, which was 2 days before the first eviction. This is what I think:

Big Brother: 7.2 million
British Soap Awards: 6.4 million
The Apprentice: 4.1 million

It was on at the same time. BB got 5.3 million, and BSA got 6.2 million which is very dissapointing.

I think Big Brother will come out on top on Wednesday because people know the results of the soap awards and its just a regular episode of the apprentice. The controversy of CBB5 could work in BBs favour also the advertising and press intrest makes it look like BB will win the ratings battle.

I agree, even if the race row will bring some new viewers, some will defenatly not watch it anylonger because they were shocked after what happened last january.

ITV pulled out all the stops to beat Big Brother last year and they all failed. It looks like theyve given up this year

On E4, the first of the Big Brother shows got 535,000 viewers between 10pm and 11pm. There aren't any details for the next show though.

Big Brother 8 is now averaging at 4.4 million viewers for Channel 4, which is quite short now. Hopefully, by next week, ratings will go up!

Rubbish by Big Brother standards even after the race row , because its such a big drop from launch.

Guess what twist is not working then?
