Im not doing a campaign am I saying 'NICOLE MUST NOT GO TO PRISON' Im just supporting her. Making sure that everythings alright, and so she knows that shes got people who care for her. Ive read stories that shes scared and I just want to support her. So please dont tell me that Im supporting drink driving when I am NOT!
How exactly are you making sure that everything is alright? Are you part of her entourage. I have visions of you making sure that Nicole's cell meets with the requirements of her rider.

What if she'd have killed someone? Would you still be supporting her?

(to kizwiz)
Im not sure. The only thing ive read about it, is that shes scared about going to prison. (was going to post the story, but I cant find it now)

But I just want people to know that I am not saying she shouldnt be punished (if she is proven guilty), because she definately should.
I am just saying that I am supporting her, and that I hope shes happy. I've been a fan of her for years and Im not going to stop now.
But if she is proven guilty, then she should definately be punished to make sure this doesnt happen again.

(GiRTH)
No I would not be supporting her if she'd killed someone, but she hadnt.
Just read above.

She pled no contest against a DUI charge around 4 years ago before she was arrested again in December.

"The law requires a mandatory sentence of five consecutive days in county jail as well as a one year license suspension for anyone twice-convicted of DUI. In addition, Richie would be ordered to attend an alcohol education program for a year-and-a-half, even if the second conviction is not alcohol-related."

Why is going to get closed?

At the moment it's healthy debate and should be okay as long as people don't start insulting each other or going off the subject of the topic.

Yeah, but still. I think community service would stop Nicole. She was arrested at the age of 16 for drug use, and hasn't been involved in anything like it since (until now of course).

Ok thanks

Has anybody read my post? Also:

Regarding the latest incident - "Richie admitted to CHP officers that she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot before driving the wrong way on a Burbank freeway. A field sobriety test revealed she was not under the influence of alcohol."

EDIT - "Richie was given three years probation for her 2002 DUI conviction and had her license suspended for one year. Six months later, Richie was arrested for possession of heroin and for driving with a suspended license."

At the end of the day, you now know what I am supporting and what I am not supporting, therefore the discussion is over, isnt it.
I dont want to keep repeating myself.

At the end of the day NOBODY got hurt from this. I don't know why everyone is making this into a huge deal! But maybe that's becacause I don't know hardly anything about drink-driving.

And Chris, I'm going to ask the boy to change the name on the banner!

In February 2003, Richie was arrested in Malibu, California and charged with possession of heroin. She was also driving with a suspended driver's license.

On December 11, 2006, Richie was arrested by the California Highway Patrol after she failed a field sobriety test and was charged with driving under the influence of drugs on California State Route 134 in the Burbank/Glendale, California area. Several motorists had reported a black Mercedes-Benz G-Class entering the freeway on the exit ramp and traveling in the wrong direction. She admitted to using marijuana and Vicodin before the incident

There's no way she'll go to prison, her lawyers will claim that it will cause too much emotional distress to her. I think she could do with a spell inside to straighten her out, but all Chris want to do is support her. Way to go Chris. Not only will she get away with it but she also has your undying support. I wouldn't mind if she actually had any discernible talent.

Lionel must be proud. He thought he'd saved some crack *****'s baby only for it to turn out like this. God help him.

Edit: Baz is right. You can't even spell her frigging name right.

But thats not the point, she broke the law, she drank and drove. And just because something didnt happen doesnt mean it couldnt have.

If my child came home and told me they had drove while under the influence..... I would take their car keys off them and give them such a mouthful that they wouldnt be able to face me for a week because they would be too ashamed

Calm down you lot.

I didn't personally attack anyone. I'm just questioning why you want to support a potential criminal with no discernible talent, who also - if circumstances had been different - might have been raised by a crack *****. Thats all.
