Exeter because of uni but goes back to Switzerland in the uni holidays and during the summer he stays in London for work.

I didn't know he'd actually lived in Wales, just think he's lived in:
- Exeter (university)
- London (UK home)
- America (school)
- Switzerland (home)
- Paris (born there on holiday, is what I gathered from his explanation)

Don't know if he's ever lived in Japan, think it would've just been holidays there.
