I think the one that underachieved personally was Tom considering he had the strongest edits in the last week, was the only Popular Clique member remaining, and was the most mainstream pick for the public to go for, so him placing 4th while it's obviously a great placing, I'm surprised that he couldn't get past Deborah or Raph whoever was next in line to him when he left.

the lower % are artificially low because they were for a shorter time, particularly this time as they didnt even get to the 2nd day of voting, so when they got evicted, there share of the vote was at least a little better than shown in the final result

It probably was super close between those pairs, its just Raph and Tom had their lines open a little bit longer, so the gap increased

Hannah's is the lowest that we know of. BB14 to 17 don't have the scores. Jennie was close with 0.9%.

But remember Hannah's votes were only counted until Wednesday at 3pm, then the majority were probably cast during yesterday's final so at Wednesday's freeze she would've been much higher
