Indeed, considering there is video evidence of him addressing the crowd, his trial date was set for Jan then suspended again until Sept, no fast track for Labour Ricky and his throat cutting ways

The trial of a Labour councillor that was due to begin this week has been pushed back by almost seven months. Cllr Ricky Jones was filmed during last summer's riots making a cut throat gesture as he told a left-wing rally: "They are disgusting Nazi fascists and we need to cut all their throats and get rid of them all". Jones was later arrested and charged with encouraging violent disorder. He spent several weeks in custody before being released on bail.

Cllr Jones denies the charges and had been due to stand trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court in east London on Monday. However, the trial has been delayed until August 11 following an application to which the judge agreed. The reason for the application has not been made public.

Pleading not guilty is what put him in the system, and trials get delayed every day of the week. Imagine winding yourself up over something with an easy explanation

She said that she was okay with people in the Hotels being burned alive.

In any civilized country, that is illegal to say.

I agree.

The only thing I'll give her is she didn't hide her views, at least the public saw what and how she thought.

It's a pity she didn't think of her family when she purposely set out what she thought and what she'd like to see take place too.
I really hate any prejudice and people who are prejudiced.
Once I know they are, they are well out of my life.
Family, friend or even foe.
Some try to or do hide their prejudices, at least she revealed the horrible side she has and her prejudice against others.

The sentencing is a matter for the law and the court.
People cannot pick and choose what the result of committing crimes will be once charged and are guilty of the crime too.
To avoid lenient or not so lenient sentencing ALL that has to be done is not break the law in the first place.
Plus not incite others to do so too.
She chose to not avoid that.

When you pretend that there is something underhanded going on, rather than the perfectly reasonable truth, then that needs an explanation.

One bloke, in for manslaughter, served 5 months of the sentence then got released.
