I bet it wouldn't be the first time that day or week that they'd had a patient coming to speak to them about the same thing.

Yeah, they don't have to let your parents know you've visited them either if you don't want the doctor to tell them.

I HATE seeing my doctor cause once when I walked into his office I tripped on a chair and fell on my bum, and he has given me that smug look ever since.

I prefer it that way.
I'd rather not go with them.

And another thing is that doctors have heard it all before. Whatver the topic is about, they will know. Weight is a common one, and I will probably book an appointment about my weight soon.

If you don't know which surgery it is then ask your school because they should have it on their records. If you don't know who your actual doctor is then if you ring up the surgery then they'll be able to tell you.

Seriously, stop stressing.
As you go through your growing phase (i.e. teen years), your weight fluctuates tonnes as it's getting used to your changing body. Don't worry.

Yes, it adds to self-consciousness... but just learn to accept it. If you eat healthily/exercise, that's all you can do. You need to focus on confidence first! I wish I knew this when it was happening to me... my weight fluctuated like a yo-yo, and I'm still not fully comfortable in my body!

How do you feel? Weight isn't everything. Remember that muscle weighs more then fat. If your planning on exercising, you need to start off knowing what you can do and can't do first. Are you able to run for 5 minutes without stopping? Maybe start jogging daily.
When your hungry, drink water or suck on ice cubes. You can try frozen blueberries or grapes, I love them. Sometimes when you think your hungry, your actually thirsty.
Don't worry about what other people say, there are people that are in worse situation. You look fine to me.
If people do say anything, just say something like, "Oh yeah I'm such a pig," and laugh it off.
Do you have youth clinics in the UK? Over here there are walk in clinics for teenagers. Your allowed to go in alone and without stating your name.

dont drink fizzy drinks. at all. I did it last year and lost a stone over about 6 months. i started again though, oops.

walk to school and back again, it makes you feel better and the weight'll come off without you even really noticing youre exercising.

don't obsess though con, i did that and i ended up in an extremely bad place, and it's soo not worth it. if you think you might be slipping go to the doctorss x
