I understood if your not her fan, but wishing death on anyone, or laughing at them dying is pathetic in anyway.

Because the media have sensationalised it - it's been sold to us as a story, not a personal tragedy (which it is).

It's simple - if she doesn't want to be mocked for it, she deals with it in private. By choosing not too she's opened herself up to be mocked, and frankly as she's stated she wants to die the way she's lived, she's probably quite happy to be mocked.

Not at all - it shows you're human and not a pretentious t***. I'd imagine Jade herself would have a giggle at some of the jokes going around too - once somebody explained the punchline of course.
yes because its very 'human' to constantly slag off a dying young mum.If you dislike Jade and hearing about her so much why do you constantly post in threads discussing her?
Well obviously you like to spend the day kneeling at your shrine to Jade but think about those like Jade suffering from such disease - often humour is something that gets them through it.

The worst people here are the ones who didn't care about cracking a gag at her expense when she was still labelled a "vile racist", but now act as if she's a bl***y saint or something.

Obviously some of the stuff quoted here from YouTube does cross the line, but you have to admit the gags raise a chuckle - and I'm sure for many that sort of thing would raise their spirits much more than pages and pages of people who mean nothing to them saying what a wonderful brave human being she is.
oh dear
please do not try to patronise me
I have been a fan of Jade since day one and I`m pretty sure that most of the people expressing there disgust at the comments are too or at least they have the decency to realise that despite the fact Jade may have done wrong in the past in some peoples eyes that it is still sick to find these comments in any way funny.
Actually I do not 'have to admit' that the gags raise a chuckle, because they don`t,anyone who finds any of these jokes remotely funny must have a lame sense of humour and need to get out more I`m afraid.

She can do whatever she bloody wants, still doesn't condone you people to make fun of her dying. I didn't realise there was a rule that meant everyone had to die quietly and privately...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Jade has stated that there are two reasons why she has made her cancer so public.

1) To increase awareness of the cancer and make sure women start taking tests to check for the cancer earlier on.

2) To raise money for her children and their education. The OK! deal and every bit of money she can make whilst she is alive goes to them.

I do agree that it has become a handful, with her being in the press almost every day and updates almost every hour from her agent, but it's still a woman on the verge of death and mocking her isn't something people should be doing.

And yet others here have remembered them to share (most of what you posted personally does fall in the vile category).

It's like a Daily Mail editor - so offended by something that you're happy to share it for more people to see.

OK, it's pretty clear I'm no fan of Jade Goody and unlike others, haven't decided the fact she's dying should mean I need to be, but from her various exploits over the years she's always been quite self depreciating and self aware, however dumb she may be at times - and I'm sure I've even seen quotes from herself regarding the situation basically taking the p**s out of it. It's tough for her of course, but far better to have a laugh at it (occassionally) than to cry.

Some people might not like it and that's their prerogative, but jokes have always been aimed at the dead and the dying, however distasteful some might see them.
Sick humour is what its called. Noone laughs at it light heartedly, its more of a shocked laugh. No matter if you're a fan or not, no matter who its aimed at its still not nice.

Imagine you was related to someone who had terminal cancer in the public eye and someone made those jokes. Would you still be finding it funny then?

I`ve posted them because I find them shocking and I`m surprised that people waste there time trying to seek attention by posting such vulgar comments.Take a read through this thread ,no one finds they 'raise a chuckle' other than you, unless I`ve missed a post.

Exactly! And as she CLEARLY stated she is doing it in public for the sake of her kids! She wants to make sure she can provide for them the best way she can when she is not around! And good luck to her, why waste the oppotunity if shes gettin money for it?!

the media use Jade and Jade uses the media,if you were dying of cancer and had two young boys to care for I`m sure you would want to continue working until the very last moment possible reguardless of your profession.Well this is Jades profession and that is what she is doing.

Why do they have to be in the public eye? Normal people have cancer too you know - and that's the issue with the saturation of Jade coverage. Unfortunately it's all too common, much like the sense of humour failure around here caused by a lack of perspective.

After all, isn't laughter supposed to be the best form of medicine?

People will always be different to others, some will laugh some will find it upsetting and it will annoy some just because of the coverage.

If shes going to make it a public thing there will always be people critisizing and that, im sure she expected that to.

Well normal people probably won't be subject to those kind of "jokes" purely because they aren't in the public eye. Love how you avoided the question though.

Laughter is the best form of medicine but only when in good taste.

Lets go and make some nazi jokes to holocaust survivors, I'm sure they'll see the funny side of it

Humour is always controversial, comics use this to get the "shock" factor. Some audiences find it funny, some don't. I'm not condoning the personal attacks on Jade Goody and wouldn't "wish death" upon anyone. Go to any live stand-up gig, and often material such as Princess Diana, 9/11, Madeleine McCann etc are used for laughs.

In your opinion. Different people have different senses of humour. It's a type of humour that's meant to shock people. Loads of well known comedians use it.

I heard this one;

"What are Jade's goody's kids getting in her will? A goody bag"
"Isn't it ironic Jade's head is now shaped like an easter egg as she is going to be in box soon."

It's because of her bald head, and then a long white dress.

I don't wish death on her, whoever said that, but I still find the jokes funny, because that is what they are JOKES! I wouldn't wish death on anyone, young kids or not, but I still find these jokes funny.
