I think people should lay off labeling Marcus a perv. This incident happened last night after a 3 hour conversation between Marcus/Freddy/Noirin about house dynamics and politics in which Marcus was 100% on the money. He predicted Lisa would try and get Rod in her gang and within minutes Rod appeared saying he was gonna move beds cos Lisa had invited him over to her side of the room(he changed his mind later and returned to sleeping next to Noirin). Noirin also claimed she had finally made up her mind about who she wanted to be around in the house(Marcus/Fredddy/Siavash)as she felt comfortable around them(or she's sussed they are winning). She hangs around Marcus, not the other way around, after the Rabbit row, it was Marcus she physically dragged out of the bedroom to speak to, he (by the way) told her she was out of order and to apologise to Siavash and Freddy, which she has now done.(none of this was seen in the HL's). He makes me cringe a bit with the "do you want a hug"crap, but fundamentally he is one of the most decent people in there.

Nice post! Agree completely with everything you say.
However, I just can't get my head round how a man in his mid thirties can be reduced to behaving like a hormonal teenager around a nice looking woman. It is his major character flaw, he seems to have difficulty in seeing woman as anything other than objects put on the planet for the sexual gratification of men, he is also slightly lacking in respect for women as well. His comments to Sophie about her boobs and the inappropriate touching of Noireen are two cases in point.

I do think he is probably a nice guy but he really needs to rethink the way he handles himself around women.
