I noticed that, episode 2 was like 38 minutes. Whereas episode 2 of Hotel was like 76 which is double

Hotel was packed with long drawn out scenes.

I'm sure half the episodes of last season were filled with cameras moving slowly down empty corridors.

I enjoyed the first 5 eps but honestly didn't think they were particularly amazing (mainly because the documentary format hindered my enjoyment a little but in hindsight it was necessary for the pay off we're now getting) but 6 and 7 have been brilliant. 7 especially is up there as one of my favourite AHS episodes ever in terms of pure entertainment value, it was creepy, surprising and hilarious in equal measure

The final episode of each season is normally tying up all the loose ends so the proper 'climax' will be in two episodes time. I don't know where they're going to go with it like I said with only 4 people still alive.

Although they have surprised me. I thought episode 6-10 was just going to be a long drawn out slasher movie with them getting picked off one by one until only one person remained so I'm pleasantly surprised they decided to kill off mostly everyone in two episodes.

Episode 10 twist to be that it was all an elaborate hoax to kill everyone off by Cheyenne Jackson?

i really liked it, i just knew that Agnes was going to meet The Butcher herself and I thought it contained the right amount of humour and shocks

Crystal Liu (the writer of this episode) wrote Flicker in Hotel too so she's someone to watch out for in the future.

He was weirdly underused too but at least he had a role of some significance while he was around I suppose

In what universe can Rory be classed as a main character while other more prominent ones aren't? I feel like he was just shoehorned into the main cast list for the sake of it because he's an AHS staple despite his role clearly not warranting that (even if he comes back as a ghost in the last few episodes and suddenly gets made important I'll stand by this )

Yeah it was one of the biggest WTF scenes from the entire show I think

Although I do feel bad for Matt, he gets hypnotised by a sexual predator witch then killed for it
