I don't think England actually has any form of its own devolved Parliament though. I think we should have one because then Westminster could just be kept for nationwide policies and each of the four countries could sort out their own policies separately to everyone else? Then we'd kinda be like states in the American sense of the word (not totally though, not saying we are a lot like America), and I do think England has a strong sense of identity too lol
I just think it would be more fair thats all. But you know, it don't bother me very much, just a minor niggle I have.
