No, Caroline is not racist. She would have said the same things about a white person who behaved as Adam does. She was clearly appalled when she realised how the gorilla comment had been interpreted.

I'm a Caroline fan so make what you will of my opinion, but this comment is clearly not racist. I think the "gorilla" comment came from a dark place but it wasn't necessarily openly racist either (sure, it had undertones/ambiguity, but that can all be debated). I don't think Caroline is racist, but even if she were I think she'd be clever enough to filter her words. If you pay attention it's actually quite clear that she's very careful with her words, they're always calculated for an effect. I can't see her letting slip something that could get her ejected.

Yayita, there's nothing hidden about it. If she thinks Adam is unintelligent, you tell me the link between that and racism. Most racists get found out if you look closely enough. I fail to see how you've come to that conclusion.

I wasnt inferring that Caroline i racist, I was agreeing with his point, but I can see where you would think that, the sentence is a bit unclear.

To be honest, I didn't say you were, mate. I can't stand the girl but it was the OP I was on about.

But hey. Life goes on. There's far more to enjoy than pondering whether what some idiot said was racist when there's not really any issue.
