Well Chrizzle, if you look at the first page I've written an explanation, and also I've provided a link in one of my posts to the previous competition. You can see how it works in practice via that link. Basically, every day you can nominate five users. People need 3 nominations to be entered in the competition. All the people who have - IN # (and then a number, though that number is just for my reference) are now in the competition so voting for them is pointless. You can vote for older members too, though I'll not include banned members as it'll be rather pointless. =)
