That was really something special. Strange thing was, it wasn't really anything to do with the Doctor or Clara (Aside from establishing that he's afraid of the dark and that Clara and Danny are now an item) but just a kind of monologue from the mind of Moffat.

Yeah, I didn't think Gallifrey would have an army, seeing as they were more insular before the Time War. Then again, having an army on stand by is probably a good idea.

The creature in Rupert's bedroom was interesting, it could kinda be wrote off as just representing what they thought was behind them, rather than it being an actual creature. Interesting that we didn't get a Promised Land mention in this episode.

This series has been so much better than 5/6/7 so far, it really feels like what the show used to be before it became The Pond's show.

Isn't the doctor a time lord anyway? That's like saying "how can Clara be a human feeling like this?" Is there some sort of ceremony the time lords go through before they are considered a time lord?

I didn't even like her? She didn't play a huge part in the entire story. Neither of them did. She was just there as many guest stars are when they're in a show like this.

This forum seems to have the tendency rave and shout about random so called "sassy" women that aren't even that good.. Yes, the acting was good but the character was nothing special.
